2. Scope of Services

KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL provides online software development and web engineering services, including but not limited to: browser extension development, API integration, progressive web app conversion, automated data pipelines, real-time dashboard development, legacy code refactoring, custom chatbot development, and headless CMS implementation.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are dispatched. Service delivery timelines and specific deliverables are agreed upon individually with each client following order placement.

3. Order Process

Orders are placed through the website's checkout form. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. After an order is submitted, KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL will contact the client via email to confirm the scope, timeline, and payment arrangements. A contract is formed only upon written confirmation from KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are indicative starting prices in euros (€). Final pricing may vary depending on the specific requirements of each project and will be confirmed in writing before work commences. No payment is taken at the time of order submission.

5. Payment

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed individually with each client and confirmed in writing. KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL reserves the right to request a deposit before commencing work. All payments must be made in euros unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as agreed in the project contract. KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code developed during the project. Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in the individual project contract. In general, work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Refunds for digital services are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

KRONOS SYSTEMICS SL's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant project contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where required by applicable law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/Spanish data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
